SHIPPING and HANDLING
Orders are processed via
USPS and UPS Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your package is shipped.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options.
We will notify you if there is an issue with filling your order. Shipping fees are based on your order's weight, destination
and shipping method you choose. Shipping times are not guaranteed. We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as
soon as possible.
SALES TAX
If you reside in California, by law,
you will be charged for California sales tax on your purchase.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Items must be returned
or exchanged to Every Mother's Dream in
new, unused condition, with tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The following items are non-returnable:
items purchased on clearance and swimsuits. All sales become final 21 days after you receive the item(s). Returns and
exchanges must be postmarked within 21 days of your receipt of the item(s). All packages shipped include a return form, which
must accompany all returns and exchanges. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process a return and issue a refund from the time we receive
your item.
We strongly recommend shipping via UPS or FEDEX so you can track and insure your package. We cannot
be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
PRIVACY POLICY Your privacy is very important to Every Mother's
Dream, Inc. This privacy policy described the types of information we collect online
and how this information may be used. Your use of emdclothing.com signifies your acceptance of our privacy policy. We gather
two different types of information about our customers in order to improve their shopping experiences. Personal information
(names, e-mail addresses, shipping addresses) is only collected when visitors to our site have voluntarily registered to receive
promotional e-mails or direct mailings, or when visitors have made purchases. |
TERMS and CONDITIONS
We try our hardest to ensure
that every piece of information in our website and printed materials is accurate. However, from time to time an item may be
mis-priced or otherwise inaccurately labeled. In such a case, we reserve the right to correct these inaccuracies at any time,
even if an order has already been placed and the credit card charged. If an order has been placed for a mis-priced item, we
will alert the customer and the customer may cancel the order, in which case we will immediately issue a refund to the customer's
credit card if necessary.
